Pediatric Mental Health Education Center at the American Academy of Pediatrics
The Pediatric Mental Health Education Center (PMHEC) at the American Academy of Pediatrics aims to equip pediatric health clinicians with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to provide high-quality mental health care.
To achieve this, the PMHEC offers a variety of educational and training opportunities, including live, virtual, and online learning experiences, with options for both cohort and independent learning. This comprehensive approach is designed to support learners at all stages of their professional development, ensuring they are well prepared to address the mental health needs of their patients.
